Grammar Fries
Present Simple
Crispy grammar fries for a tasty lesson on Present Simple and word order.
(1) Pairs get 1 portion of fries and 2 tables (one for each student). Fries should be served in a food envelope (preferably, face down).
(2) Students take turns picking up fries from the envelop. Their goal is to fill in the table with grammatically correct (and not necessarily reasonable) sentences.
1 complete line = 1 point.
Only correct sentences count.
(3) The first to fill in 4 lines wins.
At home students can fill in the lines which remained blank with their own ideas.
