Food Survey
Present Simple
(1) Show your students the first line of the survey and elicit the questions and possible answers:

• What is your name?
• How often do you eat pizza? (Always, sometimes).
• When do you eat pizza? (For breakfast, for lunch).
• Where do you eat pizza? (At school, at home).

(2) Hand out the worksheets and ask them to choose any other line and interview the partner.

(3) When the students are done, they exchange partners and do the same with another line.

(4) Keep going like this until everybody speaks with everybody.

FOLLOW-UP:

Divide your students into 2 teams.

A representative of Team A reads information about one of the students out loud. Team B look at their notes and try to guess the name of the person.

The correct answer gives them 1 point.

Then it's Team B's turn to ask. Keep going like this until there are no more questions left. The team with the most points wins.
